There are so many newly opened Japanese style steak restaurants lately, what is special about Ya Rou Stone is that you have to grill the steak yourself with the hot stone! I ordered 200g of Chuck Eye Roll. When it was served, it was kinda like medium rare, which was fine to eat. However, the thicker piece on the left was a bit more on the raw side, so I decided to let the hot stone grill it for some more time. It’s not until half way through the right piece that I realized I could actually grill

On the whole, the steak was really nice for HKD$88. The sauce provided at the restaurant further topped up the juicy and tender meat to make it even more juicy! Delicious! The fried garlic pieces on top also did a great job in flavouring the steak.
200g of meat was actually quite enough to make a dinner on its own. If you want more, you could opt for rice or salad.
