To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次到Grove Sandwiches,想支持下小店。因為到達時已經2:40，所以決定要tea set, 點左半份Grilled Salami Milano & Cheese, 原因係我見識少，唔知咩係Salami Milano。上網查了，原來是鹽醃香腸。:-P 其實我唔肯定傳統的Panini質感係點，但e度的Panini同Delifrance的完全唔同，質感好似普通意大利包，外邊唔脆的，感覺Delifrance的較好吃。內裏的cheese及兩片salami milano一般。下次有機會試下其他款及意粉。
