Yoga class was a bit longer than usual so needed a quick lunch before heading to work. Since this was near my yoga class, I ate here.

Located in the basement floor of Times Square, it's a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. But during lunch hour, they have set lunches starting at $78. I ordered the sushi rice bowl set for $98. When I ordered it, the waitress informed me that the sushi was lightly grilled and asked if I knew this. I nodded, yes. Perhaps they had a number of people who didn't bother to read the menu? Anyways, set came with sushi rice, appetizer and miso soup.

Sushi rice was huge. It had a lot of rice and sushi. I couldn't finish. Sushi included salmon, tuna and shrimp. There was a soft boiled egg as well. It was pretty tasty though the egg made it a bit too wet.

Appetizer was two slices of fish cakes with a slight yuzi sauce. It was ok.

Set also had miso soup which had tofu, mushrooms and nori. It was a bit bland and tasted more like water.

Times Square branch is way too noisy. Not a preferred place I will return again.
