I ordered an avocado toast that day. Whole wheat sourdough toast was served with smashed and sliced avocado as well as fig with a side salad. The crust of the sourdough was crispy while the center was soft and chewy. Paired with tender avocado and fig, the toast was full of different texture. I loved that the avocado was fresh and ripe, having a creamy mouthfeel and rich flavour. The fruity element was a nice touch as the sweet fig and lemon zest made the toast more refreshing.
