做gym朋友推薦咗依間有高蛋白質 & 低脂 & 素食 & 高纖菜色嘅餐廳😗長期需要減肥人士表示有興趣!紐西蘭牛柳🐮龍蝦🦞薯容.強烈推薦增肌人士要試吓佢嘅牛柳,牛柳本身油脂比較低,但餐廳都張佢煎到好腍好香,同我好鍾意佢嘅紅酒芥末醬,帶啲香甜幾特別。另外嘅龍蝦都幾鮮味,薯容又smooth。三文魚🐟蜆肉大蝦🦐配蕃茄辣醬🍅酸種麵包.平時我都會自己煎三文魚食,又高蛋白質又有omega 3,加埋蜆肉同蝦肉真係滿滿嘅protein。蕃茄醬同青醬點酸種麵包好夾,個醬帶點點辣,幾惹味。飲品我哋都飲咗milkshake,每款都有唔同嘅營養價值,我飲嘅係芒果+橙+香蕉+杏仁奶,好好飲🥤我哋去個晚仲有魔術師表演😆加食物健康得嚟,其實都好好食,晚巿人均~$200,推薦🫶🏻

三文魚🐟蜆肉大蝦🦐配蕃茄辣醬🍅酸種麵包

平時我都會自己煎三文魚食,又高蛋白質又有omega 3,加埋蜆肉同蝦肉真係滿滿嘅protein。蕃茄醬同青醬點酸種麵包好夾,個醬帶點點辣,幾惹味。
