有個熱愛做gym既老公,食嘢一定要high protein,有時食厭咗大快活雞胸飯,就同佢搵protein bowl食,咁就符合佢健康高蛋白要求🤭-今次搵到嚟呢間Poking,貪佢舖面大啲,坐得舒服又有得打卡🥰-Protein bowl 最正就係三文魚,我就揀咗salmon the classic,有三文魚、牛油果同埋青瓜。三文魚好大粒,食落好香魚油味,食得出好新鮮,配埋super food牛油果,味道好夾👍🏻-另外OctoPoke 就仲多料,除咗八爪魚,仲有海帶芽同豆腐,我哋再on top加慢煮雞胸同雞蛋絲,成碗都係蛋白質🤣八爪魚好爽口彈牙,慢煮雞胸最正,肉質夠滑又juicy,平時唔鍾意食雞胸嘅人都一定啱食🤣-推薦做gym一族或者想減脂啲嘅人嚟試吓,份量夠大,一定食得飽,而且食材選擇多,鍾意海鮮可以揀三文魚/吞拿魚,鍾意肉類可以揀雞肉同牛肉😋佢pre-set嘅組合唔啱,仲可以自選添😍
