The curry flavour is mild so it doesn't over power the gyozas.
The other new yuzu pepper flavour is really strong so it should be eaten last.

Basically, it is very spicy with a strong chili pepper taste.
The mushroom gyozas are white because the dumpling skin is made with rice flour and it tastes sweet in my opinion.
