It is good to see that HANA-MUSUBI has opened a shop at Tai Koo because the Musubis are delicious with so many branches in HK, it is about time they had one in the EAST side of HK.There was not much choice that day and I don’t know if it was because I was late or that there are less choices offered here but I got the cod roe salad musubi.The seaweed is sealed so when you eat it, the seaweed is crispy and the cod roe in the middle was creamily delicious without being too sickly.Hope to see more v

Hope to see more variety and soups soon that are offered in the other shops.As well as their musubis, they also stock other local Japanese fare.
