One of the Vietnamese dining options in Central Market. The hot bowl of beef ball soup was savoury and full of beef essence, I liked that there were condiments like lime and chillies so you can touch up the taste based on your liking. Mini beef balls were handmade and they were bouncy juicy, and very rich in beef taste. There’s a huge chunk of tender turnips in the soup, too. Snacks: lotus root prawn cakes were freshly panfried, served on a lettuce salad with pickled radishes. Lotus roots were d
