Mini beef balls were handmade and they were bouncy juicy, and very rich in beef taste. There’s a huge chunk of tender turnips in the soup, too.

Snacks: lotus root prawn cakes were freshly panfried, served on a lettuce salad with pickled radishes. Lotus roots were diced and mixed with the prawn paste, it’s easily a kid’s favourite and a nice side dish to go with your pho noodles.
