Hands down the Best burger in Hong Kong!

I wanted to go to Electric Ave for a long time, and today I got the opportunity to visit during lunch. I ordered the American Burger, which comes with fries and a soda at lunch. The fries and soda were served first. Incredibly crisp fries with a plenty of finely chopped rosemary on top. That's a good start I thought.  The burger came in a short while, and it looked massive. I wanted to go to Electric Ave for a long time, and today I got the opportunity to visit during lunch. I ordered the American Burger, which comes with fries and a soda at lunch. The fries and soda were served first. Incredibly crisp fries with a plenty of finely chopped rosemary on top. That's a good start I thought. 
 The burger came in a short while, and it looked massive. Taking one bite into the perfectly toasted, buttery bun with the burger patties, at least 5 different layers of sauces and seasonings -- and I was convinced that this is indeed the best burger in Hong Kong. Better than any from fast casual (Five Guys or Shake shack, Honbo) or even higher end restaurants. 
 Perfectly cooked, perfectly presented. Its a solid 9.8/10 in my book. And I am very picky when it comes to burgers. 
Didn't take pictures, but I will remember this burger till I get a chance to visit there again, which should be coming soon.
