先來一碟冷盤,長腳蟹肉嫩味鮮、翡翠螺相當巨大,相當彈牙鮮味,我吃了4-5隻之多呢!

輕輕來一碟甜點,當中包括: 馬卡龍、抹茶蛋糕、brownies、蜜桃批& 香蕉蛋糕.

個人最喜歡brownies and蜜桃批,前都朱古力味相當濃厚,內裡還有大量果仁,相當有嚼勁; 後者的蜜桃批酸酸甜甜,批底鬆化,非常出色.

平常絕少於buffet中弄窩夫,但這次卻想一試!

原來只需把麵粉糊倒進窩夫機內,待2mins香噴噴的窩夫便製成了,再伴以2球haagen dazs以及果醬、碎糖等,賣相繽紛吸引. 自製的窩夫更覺美味,外脆內軟的,伴上士多啤梨&焦糖雪糕,一冷一熱雙重享受.

最後,店方送上生日甜品,是一個火焰雪山呢! 軟滑忌廉內是冰凍香滑的雪糕,賣相極為吸引.

媽媽表示相當滿意是次的生日晚餐,媽媽開心我就滿足,happy birthday to mama
