終於又挨到Happy Friday, 當然要找間餐廳黎慰勞一下自己啦,辛苦得黎至在食呀。我一早已訂定了這餐廳和友人晚飯了,吃西餐當然要有前菜啦。呢個前菜賣相好簡單,中間一舊肉,側邊一堆醬,看似簡單。中間舊肉係parma ham切碎,側邊有洋蔥,感覺幾清新,合乎前菜要求,側邊有沙律醬及檸檬醬,作用當然係醒胃啦,前菜既作用就係咁簡單。餐湯係車厘茄湯,味道好清好清,完全將多餘物隔晒,淨返車厘茄既清香味,廚師既用心相信係前菜同湯都係以清淡為主,唔希望搶去主菜既味道。主菜來啦,係炭烤爐魚黎,首先佢既做法令魚皮微燶,但整片魚皮係烤脆左,一來口感夠脆口,二來將魚汁鎖起。呢條係海爐,所以肉質夠厚之餘都唔會鞋,淡淡肉都夠滑,而且魚汁係切既過程係不斷滲出黎,呢種正正係魚鮮味。配合擺係魚底既茄子同露筍,滲透晒魚汁係裡面,魚既鮮甜味道隨蔬菜流入胃,令整天疲累感消除。
