辛苦忙完一個星期,難我的來到happy Friday,都會想搵個地方可以好relax咁飲番杯之餘,又可以食餐好。太過嚴謹既地方,就可能傾我唔夠暢快,今次就聽朋友介紹,黎佐呢個位於銅鑼灣既特色餐廳。位於銅鑼灣君臨海域酒店地下,從門外已可見,餐廳充滿玩味,閃亮的彩色燈泡,很會吸客。門內的裝潢,也實是不錯,帶點RAW的設計,可以看到Bar tender 在場的表演,除了進餐區,也可以坐吧枱和店員聊聊天,或是坐靠近門口的「窗口位」,各有特色。餐牌很簡潔,以西班牙菜為主,而飲品選擇同樣不少。望下「窗口位」,可見餐廳也有提供水煙,但係是日就未有客人嘗試。Virgin Sangria $48首先來到既,係我既飲品,本來的想飲杯cocktail既,但係今日就揸佐車,為佐做一個有責任心既司機,就搵店員介紹佐一杯mocktail,呢杯Virgin Sangria做得好重果味,酸度十足,唔算太甜,飲落好開胃。Tomato Bread With Anchovie $48首先來到既食物係呢款白銀魚脆包,用上了蕃茄脆包,加上蒜蓉蛋黃醬,上面放上既係醃好佐既白銀魚。食落一層一層,口感豐富,味道帶點複雜感而又口味。F

首先來到既食物係呢款白銀魚脆包,用上了蕃茄脆包,加上蒜蓉蛋黃醬,上面放上既係醃好佐既白銀魚。

食落一層一層,口感豐富,味道帶點複雜感而又口味。

Foie Gras Lollipop $78

呢款棒棒鵝肝真係幾得意,來到既時候以為係甜品,但係食落係超濃郁既鵝肝。

成棒棒糖既形狀,咬落硬硬地,面頭曬上開心果碎粒,加多一份層次感,而鵝肝既濃度絕對可以在口腔中維持10分鐘以上。

呢碟慢煮八爪魚係用海水慢煮,再真空運由西班牙運到港,食落味道充滿鮮味,面頭再加入蕃茄、香料、橄欖油等等混成既醬料,作為冷盤,絕對一流。

呢款係西班牙薯仔蛋餅,估唔到份量都幾大。

切開裡面有流心,裡面食到有一塊一塊既薯仔粒,個蛋做得好厚身,口感很好。

BCN Grill Red Prawn $88

呢款個名都幾特別,係用巴塞隆納式去烤既紅蝦,蝦身烤得非常香脆,基本上連皮帶肉食哂落肚都唔係問題。

蝦肉鮮甜,肉質挺身,帶有清新感。

Seafood Paella $138

最後個main我地就點佐西班牙炒飯,好大碟,好足料,有蝦啦,青口啦,蜆啦,同埋檸檬汁去吊味。

海鮮夠新鮮而個飯既熟度亦都岩岩好,飯粒帶少少硬度,少少既痴口感,個醬汁濃度亦剛剛好,唔會令人有太膩既感覺。
