To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

過完忙碌嘅一星期，星期五放工，當然要去飲杯酒輕鬆下！由於朋友喺旺角返工，作為好朋友嘅我就去到旺角同佢一齊食個飯飲杯酒relax下！呢個水牛城雞翼，更加係非常惹味，喺旺角食到呢個質素嘅水牛城雞翼真係好驚喜！味道可以揀辣/唔辣，當然揀辣嘅先夠正宗啦！雞翼好香脆，薄薄一層炸粉，唔會咬落成舊炸粉咁。加上辣得過癮嘅醬汁，真係幾好食架！仲點左個原隻德國咸豬手，上桌時有少少驚訝，豬手個size都幾巨型，而且份量都幾多。配左個蜜糖芥末醬喺旁邊，可以點少少黎食。隻豬手整得幾好味，表皮好脆卜卜 內層嘅肉就好軟腍，一試就愛上！啤酒我就揀左draft beer，我果隻係啤酒花較淡，帶點果香，最緊要夠凍，飲落好舒服！朋友選左Apple cider 拖肥味道，蘋果味都幾出，再帶有甜甜嘅拖肥味。我就唔係太喜歡甜酒，不過朋友就話勁好飲，話陣拖肥味好易入口！
