Happy Friday Happy Hour!早前趁Hapoy Friday到訪希雲道的bilibala,他們家的串燒真的做得非常出色,食材新鮮,火候掌握也恰到好處,每串串燒都讓人感到驚喜。尤其是雞心邊、雞白子及鳥之提燈等刁鑽部位,十分肯定香港沒幾家居酒屋能做到這種Level!讓人大滿足。-燒鴿腿:鴿腿肉質鮮嫩多汁,外皮烤得香脆可口。-手羽提燈:提燈即是母雞體裡未成熟的雞蛋啊!蛋黃在口裡爆發那一下完全是無得輸!-紫蘇雞皮蝦:雞皮包裹著鮮蝦,再用紫蘇葉包裹,蝦肉的爽帶著雞油的淡香。-雞心:雞心口感爽脆,帶有淡淡的鐵香。雞心邊:雞心邊是雞心旁邊的一小塊肉,烤得非常美味。雞白子:雞白子入口即爆的感覺很滿足!雞腳筋:雞腳筋口感Q彈,非常有嚼勁。-燒雞冠:鮮嫩之中帶微微彈,帶有獨特的雞油香氣。-除了串燒之外,這裡的海鮮串燒也同樣出色!燒白鱔:白鱔外皮金黃香脆,內裡肉質細嫩,好吃好吃!銀鱈魚:魚肉肥美細膩,入口即化。牛舌:外焦裡嫩,肉汁豐盈,燒茄子:肉汁滿滿的燒明太子翠玉瓜:明太子的鹹香和翠玉瓜的清甜完美融合。燒大腸:大腸處理得非常乾淨,沒有腥味,口感Q彈。梅漬小蕃茄:酸酸甜甜,非常開胃。愛淺嚐
