Took a German friend to the lunch buffet on Sunday afternoon to get their opinion. The pigs knuckle got a definite thumbs up, very crispy and tasty. Rosti was mediocre and the sausages got a thumbs down (far too small). Sauerkraut very nice. Most impressive, after the pig knuckle, was the dessert table. Even though it was getting to the end of the time for the buffet the staff still replaced any dessert that was finished. Apple pie with custard was great. Chocolate lava cake superb. End result w

Even though it was getting to the end of the time for the buffet the staff still replaced any dessert that was finished. Apple pie with custard was great. Chocolate lava cake superb. End result was that our friend would go back again.
