Restaurant: The Trafalgar Brewing Company

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

返工不知時日過，轉眼又到9月，成條街都好多人，堂食到10點，係時候搵下野食。呢排夜晚入座率好高下，所以都經openrice訂座，店員都安排左個幾滿意嘅位。Set Dinner都幾吸引，價錢實惠。不過好似散叫彈性啲德國原隻豬手$140好吸引，見到menu相片都好靚，有埋豬骨可以見到。雖然好鹹，但係脆皮搭救，咁既價錢，都冇咩好挑剔。Carbonara$87芝士同蛋正，意粉夠濃味，洋蔥同埋火腿都夠多，男朋友話好食過貓cafe喎🤭至於狗圈屎腸呢，好睇唔好食😅
