Happy Hour又要去揾好野食,今次去左蘭桂芳一間主打食生蠔的小店食好西。星期二晚的關係,小店人唔多,可以靜靜享受晚餐,相比外面的酒吧,算是自成一角。頭盤首先,梗係主打既蠔啦,今晚有6款生蠔,不同地方既都有,由淡至濃味。我個人比較唔重口味,所以揀左頭3款。由揀選至上蠔,侍應哥哥都好好,細心講解蠔既特質以至配料特性。其中一款是芥末類的植物,新鮮生磨,侍應哥哥特別推薦,味道比起醋、蕃茄醬更配合到生蠔的鮮味。雖然我最愛都係少許檸檬汁,但都可以一試。今次真係食到高質生蠔,爽口鮮甜,最好係唔洗自己開蠔,價錢又唔算貴。同朋友仔每一人3隻蠔,重送左一杯白酒。主菜:Crab Cake with Roasted Corn Salsa入口係滿滿的蟹肉,充滿蟹味,清清地,再配粟米沙津。Kurobuta Pork Chop with Roasted Potatoes and Cherry Tomatoes呢個黑毛豬又係我食過最好食既豬扒之一,係小數有入口即溶的口感,但先要唔怕有少少生。今次廚師整到有兩個口感,一邊較熟的較有咬口,一邊有小許生的便入口即溶,我當然喜歡後者啦。甜品:Crispy Puff wi

我們的第三個胃,當然要填飽埋去啦! 有水準,鬆脆,啱返香港人口味,唔會好甜,配上新鮮的水果。
