To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約咗一大班朋友入海洋公園玩，其中一位朋友特別要求要去企鵝餐廳午膳，即係這間冰極餐廳，之前一日打電話嚟book九人枱，但來到之後發現張枱距離企鵝太遠，我們要求分兩張細卡位，可以近一點欣賞企鵝的泳姿。室內燈光較暗，地方唔算大，最近企鵝大概有五至六張細枱，其他枱嘅位置分別在距離企鵝有幾遠。這裏最多是一家大細，門口泊滿BB車，有供應兒童餐。餐牌上其他嘅選擇尚算多款式，有小食、主菜、海鮮、肉類、意粉、飯、薄餅等等。我們這邊枱選擇了四款食物share，包括:邪惡蛋勁好味~鹹蛋黃薯條，薯條好大條，每條沾滿鹹蛋黃醬，美味極了！二人份量忌廉汁煙肉帶子意大利幼麵，份量好大，忌廉汁好香好滑，帶子好彈牙。勁多醬汁墨西哥雞肉餡餅，餡餅夾住雞肉及芝士，上面加了許多墨西哥番茄醬及牛油果醬，多重味覺享受，十分滋味。超可愛招牌海鮮企鵝型薄餅，薄餅底超薄，脆卜卜，上面鋪滿好多海鮮，有带子、蝦肉、青口等，醬汁唔算多，太多的話餅底唔脆。每人都選擇了特飲~"企鵝舞曲"，酸酸甜甜，相當醒胃。
