I have been to Edition many times since the soft opening, and already in the first month it has constantly been evolving with many new things to try. Going often gave me a chance to try out many of the offering the the growing menu.I love the special limited Edition items like the pork belly lolly pop. I love the special limited Edition items like the pork belly lolly pop. The pork belly comes out on a hot skillet of melting cheese, and it's great for dipping for the pork or to dipping your french fries. But do get it before it runs out, since it's limited, it sold out last night and I'll have to go back another night to try to order it again.
The drinks are great too. There are so many soju cocktails and variety to choose from. The Chilli Mango is a must try, the drink is unique and has a nice kick from the chilli infused soju. There are also more than a dozen of fruit infused Soju made from fresh fruits. This is the only place I know in Hong Kong that does this. Besides the specials, you can get Heiniken on draft, a few Korean bottled beer and all you standard drinks. For those who have been to Korea, you can get the Somek (beer and soju bomb) to remind you of this popular drink in the Korean Bar scene.
The stable menu items like the Bulgogi sliders are always delicious. And don't forget the wings, espcially on the Monday $5 wings night. The salt and pepper wings are crispy and tasty.
With the extented happy hours from 12-9pm, and the discounted wings night, it's a great deal. It's a great little gem in the soho area and a great place to eat and drink before heading out to the clubs in LKF.
