點解發現呢間餐廳,係因為喺網上面睇咗Chef Ricky… 當然我唔會盲目相信佢…. 不過睇片覺得真係唔錯,如果中伏為咪次咁多啦… 於是今晚捉咗好姊妹及友人一齊去叫雞… (因為傳聞中佢嘅雞好好食)去之前好姊妹睇吓食評,發覺點解啲人講到咁差…本來佢諗住唔嚟….我同佢講試一次!我想講無悔!七日後會再嚟!我非常歡迎打手繼續寫衰佢,咁樣冇人同我爭食😊首先Chef Eric 好識得揀酒。本身我係一個好鍾意自己帶酒去餐廳飲嘅人,不過今晚試過佢嘅酒,我會選擇以後去Homy, 我唔會帶酒。我會take their advice and pay a premium for their wine! 😀 總括而言,每一個小食我都clear the dish, including cheese and ham and cucumber and olives… 每一個配菜都係悉心挑選,即使粒橄欖都非常好食!佢令我感覺自己置身於意大利一樣!

☺️ 平反佢隻雞!我唔知道之前想食評嘅人佢個口係咪有病,定係條脷失去知覺…. 能夠煮得出香滑嘅燒雞…. 咁樣嘅價錢… 絕對好過Batard… 當然如果你鍾意打咭,呃like, 食環境,咁你去堅尼地城啦…

我超鍾意their grilled chicken. It is less than 3kg amd the portion is perfect for 2-4 persons. So tender and the skin is sooooo juicy… i feel like i am having roasted duck coz the fragrance from the fat is sooooooooooo lovely! 仲有佢隻雞係用特別嘅方法醃製…. 我同朋友覺得超好食!

😊 mussels … 我有一個朋友,佢男朋友喺法國係大廚,就連港女最鍾意嘅H 都會搵去煮飯… 記得發個大廚同我講,青口最好喺europe食… 因為好難保持新鮮… 今晚嘅青口係超級新鮮….配料亦都非常清新….我咁講喺香港最好味!

當然不能不提佢嘅芝士蛋糕!果然師承文華酒店!

其實好多嘢都好好食…

我今次寫食評只不過係想幫佢平反…..

如果你係追求味道,wine pairing, 這裏絕對適合愛酒人士同朋友晚飯消遣嘅地方!
