If you want to try Hattendo's signature(ice-cream and custard bun), you should definitely choose this dessert. For the custard bun, they just don't simply put it on the parfait. They caramelize it and powder it with sugar before putting it as the final touch. The bun tasted amazing. The caramel gave it a slight crunch then followed by the soft bread and finally the oozing custard inside.
