To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 復活節假期的第二日同友人去了南丫島行吓,離開城市去郊外走走份外舒服及relax。我們由裕樹灣行去索罟灣,途中有休息一下看看風景,用了差不多兩小時,我們也一心要吃海鮮的,所以選擇了天虹。我們大概四點入座,幸好不用等,因為那個時候還有很多人在進食中。我們只有二人,所以點的份量不多。聖子:店員推薦豉椒炒,好新鮮,味道好好,有點辣(因本身不太吃辣)但可以接受,友人第一次吃聖子也說好。蒜容蒸帶子:蒜容配合粉絲再加上帶子,真的是絕配,而且他們家的蒜容應該是有調較過,十個讚。鮑魚仔:店員推薦豉油蒸比較好吃,所以點了這個,蒸得合時,肉質鮮甜。上湯浸小白菜:例牌的份量也不少,抵吃。友人點的檸檬雞:炸得剛好,外脆內嫩,而且檸檬汁不會太酸及甜,不錯。南丫天虹海鮮酒家南丫島索罟灣第一街1A-1B, 516-20, 23-24號地下29828100
