Since i started working in central, I feel like I’m always paying more than it worths for some unhealthy choices with high calories, sugar, sodium or oil added. I’m also definitely not a salad person, so I have been getting used to bringing my own lunchbox. These days when commuting to work I discovered this healthy bento place which attracted my attention so i gave it a try.

🥩Stir fried beef filet bento
It doesn’t look like as plain as those healthy salads but indeed has low calories and high protein. The beef pieces are so tender and well seasoned with some pepper and salt. I was so surprised as I found out they are all cooked with a single drop of oil! And i really like the portion of vege which is almost 50:50 with rice.

👵🏻Mapo Tofu bento (vegetarian)
Knowing that this is also cooked without oil, I really like this dish too. It tastes just like the normal mapo tofu we eat in cha chaan tang, with a bit spice and soft tofu.
