Having a healthy lifestyle is not just about exercise but also what you eat. This new Juice & Espresso Bar opened in Star Street, opposite Lamborghini showroom.Looking at the menu, it took me 5 mins deciding what to order. You can choose Espresso, Organic Tea, Juices, Smoothies or Shots. Juices, Smoothies and Shots clearly stated what fruits/vegetables is in it (both wordings and images).While we were waiting for our drinks, we saw a flyer about 72hrs Althletic Detox Programme. $499 for 3 days.

While we were waiting for our drinks, we saw a flyer about 72hrs Althletic Detox Programme. $499 for 3 days. Each day the juice will detox different parts of our body, it looks attractive and we may try it later . Several wall plugs can be found throughout the cafe (USB and plug)...a caring thought .

Avolatte is their signature item for now. I love avocado and latte, never thought they can be eaten/drink together! The ripped avocado was half emptied in the middle to make room for the latte. The half emptied pulp is underneath the avocado. Seriously, I had to think how to enjoy this appealing drink. Well, I took several bites of the avocado pulp and then drink the latte. To my surprise, the latte did not have any avocado taste.

The juice ingredient includes bitter melon, green apple, green pepper, celery and cucumber. It is served in a green jar (environmental friendly). Strong smell and flavor of bitter melon. After drinking this juice, I feel so healthy and detox .

For those who love browine, you could consider trying this. The brownie is gluten free and the sweetness level was just right. The brownie was not reheated but they managed to keep the brownie outing crispy and inner very moist. It is so delicious I cannot stop eating .
Will definitely come back to try other healthy drinks!
