花甜果室 (English name: Blossoming Juice) is originally from Taiwan. But unlike all the other Taiwanese drink shops that have opened up in Hong Kong recently, this place doesn't sell tea. No boba. Menu is in English and Chinese. They sell blended juices, milkshakes and smoothies that all use fresh fruit. There is one drink called Invisible Ninja. This is a secret blend that they won't tell you. Be adventurous to find out what that is. I wasn't that evening.
The fruit seemed fresh and was displayed out.
I ordered an Indulging Missing You ($30) and added $5 for chia seeds. This was a blended juice of strawberry, kiwi, apple and pineapple. Really fantastic! The combination was good and a bit on the sour side from the kiwi and pineapple. It was thick as well. Unlike other places that sell blended juices, they start to separate. But not here! It was still thick and smooth. I loved it! A great option to the growing drink places and I will be back.
