My friend working at Central recommended me a noodle stall located at Central. Since my wife told me to pack some food home for dinner tonight, i followed my friend's recommendation. 藥膳刀削麵 was located at Tit Hong Lane, one of those narrow alleys at Central. They specialized in knife cut noodles, as well as ramen, vermicelli and noodle etc. We can choose chicken, pork, beef or wanton to go along with the noodle. Green bean mixed with soy bean - It was sweet and clear, with strong green bean taste.
Handmade soup dumplings - The skin was soft and smooth, and the soup inside was served hot. Meat fillings inside was juicy and chewy.
Spicy sliced cucumbers - Cucumbers were crunchy and juicy, with those sauce making it spicy.
Fried curry chicken wings - It was fried till chewy and crispy, and strong curry flavour.
Knife cut noodle with spicy chicken - Noodle and soup was packed separately to prevent it from being soggy. Noodle was chewy and the soup was clear and sweet, with strong herbal taste. Spicy chicken was juicy and chewy, with the spicy sauce adding to the flavour.
Thai sauce fried pork chop - Pork chop was chewy and juicy, sweet and sour as well as it absorbed the essence of the Thai sauce.
