Beef Waygu and Tongue and excellent! It matched with lemon sauce and salt well.
牛 was very tender and tasty with homemade BBQ sauce.

This restaurant revealed the importance of being "Domestic". Regardless of supermarket milk , meat , vegetables , as long as the domestic standard , equivalent to the peace of mind of United States , Australia. Food imports would affect domestic sales
The meat came from black cattle of domestic tie ranch .The cooking method is was broken charcoal fire grill , using soluble rock , after eating pork , clothes will not smell barbecue , and meat is not easy to focus, it tasted delicious compare it !
