This is the second time I succumbed to the irresistible temptation of the heavenly green tea Swiss roll cake in the month. The cakes, reportedly handmade daily ensuring freshness, are of a spongy yet fulfilling consistency. The cream is thick and results in a perfect cake-to-cream ratio which renders each bite a succulent satisfaction.
