今日又專登入元朗食嘢。去咗間叫做豬小姐嘅餐廳,食豬什同出名嘅燒鴨瀨粉。鋪頭內面比較細得三張枱。我估應該做外賣生意多!我哋叫咗個燒鴨瀨粉,同豬什米粉。1)先講燒鴨瀨粉燒鴨確實真係幾好味,老闆將燒鴨起咗骨。所以可以直接一舊咁樣擺落口。對於唔想論骨嘅人實在太好啦。另外燒鴨切得厚度適中👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻不過我覺得燒鴨份量比較少,多返兩塊就好2)豬什米粉先講湯底,湯底好清,唔油膩,跟豬什嘅配搭會令到整體食落去唔會好滯同易膩感覺。讚!大家係想都會見到個湯底好清,但係都係有味嘅,唔會淡茂茂!豬什: 整體豬什都新鮮! 豬雜粉入面有豬肚,豬粉腸,豬膶,豬肉,豬腰(即豬腎),豬喉嚨。每樣都有一至兩舊。整體味道唔錯,真係清清地,唔油膩。另外叫咗個豬耳小食。價錢有啲貴同埋味道都係一般所以我覺得可以唔使試😅推介豬什米粉👍🏻

我哋叫咗個燒鴨瀨粉,同豬什米粉。

1)先講燒鴨瀨粉
燒鴨確實真係幾好味,老闆將燒鴨起咗骨。

先講湯底,湯底好清,唔油膩,跟豬什嘅配搭會令到整體食落去唔會好滯同易膩感覺。讚!
大家係想都會見到個湯底好清,但係都係有味嘅,唔會淡茂茂!

豬什: 整體豬什都新鮮! 
豬雜粉入面有豬肚,豬粉腸,豬膶,豬肉,豬腰(即豬腎),豬喉嚨。
每樣都有一至兩舊。整體味道唔錯,真係清清地,唔油膩。


另外叫咗個豬耳小食。
價錢有啲貴同埋味道都係一般所以我覺得可以唔使試😅
