Dressed has been my go-to restaurant when I have no idea where to have dinner. Southern delight is a staple salad for me to order as I know it always tastes good. There was no exception this time. Southern delight – This salad was made with lentils, onion, romaine lettuce, fried chicken with ranch dressing. Each ingredient was well coated with ranch dressing. However, I think staff could have been light-handed when putting on the dressing. Apart from that, each ingredient of the salad was well complementing each other and two slices of tomato bread on the side were quite yummy. Overall, it tasted very delicious.
Grilled chicken and broccoli pasta – Dressed’s pasta is always al dente and that’s what I love about. This pasta was creamy and rich, but not heavy at all. You just feel like to keep eating. The broccoli was pretty fresh. However, the grilled chicken was slightly overcooked. Although the grilled chicken was bit disappointing, the entire pasta was still pretty good.
Patty melt – They used beef patty, charred onion, swiss cheese and bread to make this Panini. All these ingredients were well complementing each other. The Panini was perfectly pressed by Panini grill. You can clearly see the grilled marks on the bread. The beef patty was perfectly cooked as well and it was very juicy. However, it was lack of beefy taste. It would taste much better if the beefy taste of the beef patty was richer.The classic – The classic was a smoothie made with banana, strawberry, yogurt and syrup. I guess they put some sort of milk or ice in it as well. Honestly, it was really delicious since banana and strawberry go very well with each. The sourness of strawberry balances the sweetness of banana. It tasted sweet and sour at the same time, very appetizing!!!
