DISHES:
🦀🍝Baked mentaiko crab penne pasta with cheese - good texture but on the salty side & could use more cheese. Good balance taste of ingredients. Will try their mapo tofu risotto next time
🍗Garlic herb butter roast wings - served hot & very flavourful, leave you wanting more 😋 recommended!
🦀🥪Deep fried soft-shell crab egg toast - super instagrammable, meaty crab fried with just the right amount of batter. Egg is quite creamy but could be more flavourful to compliment the thic toast
🍞French toast with fruit & icecream - not as expected and quite soggy. Not sure if the sourness tasted comes from the honey sauce or the bread itself. Can choose between different icecream flavours 🍨
🍵Viennese matcha - using organic Japanese sawadaen matcha, taste not too sweet and goes well with the sweet cream on top. Pan likes the layered taste 😙
