DISHES:
🍗Shredded Chicken (salt baked) - this came as a pleasant surprise, just look at how generous the portion was on that plate! Opted for salt baked shredded chicken and it was just right with the flavour (not too salty) but prefer if it is slightly less cold, mala version available too for those who likes it hot 🥵
🍝Stirred Thick Noodle (in goose oil) - this dish is probably the highlight of the meal! It has a good chewy texture and the goose oil brings out the tasty flavours and serves as a good compliment. You won't feel the noods being too oily which is surprising. Recommended!
🐷Pork Trotter in Soy Sauce - we sometimes fear that pork trotter may be hard to eat if it is not cooked properly till it becomes soft, fear not, this was flavourful and quite easy to eat particularly that the pork trotters were cooked till soft and juicy! 🤭 Slightly on the salty side but if you eat with the stirred thick noodle it goes quite well together 👏
