DISHES:
🦑firefly squid - first of the season, fresh / bold flavors and paired w/ wasabi flowers - one of a kind and loved this as an appetizer
🐚scallop - semi smoked/raw scallop, sweet/bitter flavors, not the biggest fan of this dish
🍲pot rice - baby sardine and uni rice, wish the rice was a bit more dry, though parts of it is scorched 😋
🦐clam / shrimp - came w/ a mini chirashi don, batter of the fried clam was soggy 🥴 shrimp was ok w/ the caviar nothing too outta the ordinary
🥞pancake - looks like matcha but do not be fooled! this mugwort pancake paired w/ red bean was the perfect finish to the meal - not too sweet
