[Hidden gem in Sheung Wan: 零味精·中菜家庭餐館]

平時我好鍾意喺上環一帶尋寶買vintage。幾個月前開始,我發現永樂街有一間家庭式餐廳「原味主義」。佢哋係家庭式經營,但係店主曾經喺川菜及西餐廳做過,所以有一手好廚藝。更重要嘅係,我感受到佢對食物嘅執着。這個店舖,白天是茶餐廳;晚上是吃小菜及川菜,我可以嗌檸檬茶!🥰🥰

於是我第一次幫襯,係食下午茶;當日有一位伯伯招呼我,他很熱情,告訴我他們的招牌是星洲炒米!😅明明我想減肥食件多士就算,後來我見到隔離枱個女仔食乾炒牛河,個顏色靚到不得了!而我發現隔離枱嗰對男女係完全清晒碟上面嘅食物!

本來我叫少米粉,後來我話你比正常份量我就可以。我想講佢個星洲炒米,係好好食!首先佢用嘅叉燒唔係求其,佢個咖喱味好嘢味;因為出面街好多星洲炒咪其實係冇味道或者鹹,佢嘅咖喱味係有層次的。

當我清晒成碟星洲炒米,我決定再叫椰子燉雞湯。🤪 個湯好味到不得了!零味精,極足料,裏面嘅雞腳係新鮮雞腳。我同老細講,你個湯好好飲!如果可以我想飲兩碗,但係我要趕住去試衫..... 老細話:我哋嘅燉湯不單止放在燉盅裏燉幾個鐘,之後我們會放在焗爐焗1小時。原來係咁,怪不得咁出味!

當我食過返尋味之後,尋晚我再叫我嘅好姊妹們及其老公去開餐!依班姊妹同佢老公係如果食到味精,會即刻有反應嘅人。我哋已經食咗超過一日,冇人有味精反應!❤️❤️

而且大家對食物嘅要求都好高,大家一致都覺得性價比非常高!個燉湯係絕對冇得輸!

📍手造韭菜豬肉煎餃子:絕對係手造!the fillings is so juicy!!! 又係唔使點醬汁擺入口食超好味!

📍手打泰式蝦膠餅:堅係手打,足料蝦餅。完全唔使用醬汁,勁好食!

📍鹹蛋黃苦瓜:用靚鹹蛋,足料,苦瓜厚度切得適中!

📍酸菜魚:佢嘅川菜真係唔可以錯過。Value for money!

📍黑松露炒牛柳粒:老闆話其實炒牛肝菌更好味!但係佢好識配料,松露炒雞髀菇加牛柳粒;超有菌味,咁嘅價錢個牛柳粒我係收貨嘅!

重點係五個人,食到飽到想嘔!埋單$1000有找....

因為佢哋啱啱搬來永樂街,又唔係好識做宣傳,所以冇乜人知。可以嘅話,我每個星期都會嚟一次囉....

不過我想講,佢哋逢星期日及公眾假期休息。

靜靜雞話俾你聽,佢有兩層;第二層係露天,夜晚可以同一班朋友食飯好有feel! 有冷氣吹風機㗎🤪🤪🥰
