Centre Restaurant, established in 1961, is an traditional Cantonese restaurant with dim sum carts. This time we went there for dinner. The price was cheap in general. Most dishes were below $100 in big portions. Five-Willow Fish was perfectly cooked. $75 for half of a fish, head or tail part of your choice. The sauce was vinegary and not too sweet. Five-Willow Fish was perfectly cooked. $75 for half of a fish, head or tail part of your choice. The sauce was vinegary and not too sweet. The head and fins were very crispy and edible. Even the fish had been deep fried, it still maintained a smooth texture inside.

Gold and Silver Egg with Amaranth was also delicious. Lots of thousand year eggs and salty duck eggs.

Dinner ended with a bowl of complementary red bean soup, which was really delicious. The chenpi taste was pretty strong. The red beans had totally dissolved, leaving a thick texture in the sweet soup.
