— A really good dish. The beef tenderloin was cooked to a perfect medium rare, leaving it juicy and tender throughout. Seasoning on the beef was also nicely done. Loved the smooth texture of the mashed potatoes and the rich buttery taste it had. Personally thought the dish could’ve done with a bit more sauce as the beef felt a little dry towards the end.

— Might not be for everyone but I’m a huge fan of escargots, and these did not disappoint! Texture wise, they were firm and meaty with a nice mild flavour. The garlic and parsley butter was to die for and complimented the escargots really well.
Pic 3️⃣: Ham & Truffle Pasta with Cream Sauce - $148 hkd 🍝
— This isn’t part of their permanent menu and seeing it had truffle in it, I had to try it out. This was a super rich and dense pasta dish that will definitely cure your carb cravings. The cream sauce had a nice consistency to it and was seasoned well. The truffle aroma was pungent but not overpowering. Though the dish could’ve done with a bit more ham to add savouriness. I recommend this as a sharing dish simply because of how rich and decadent it is, so you can save space for other dishes!
Pic 4️⃣: Homemade Churros with Cinnamon & Chocolate Sauce - $58 hkd 🍫
— Was quite disappointed with these churros as the texture was so off. They were so hard on the outside whilst the inside seemed undercooked with a doughy texture. The batter also lacked flavour. Was hoping to end the meal on a good note but the dessert was a huge letdown.
