This is one of my favourite noodle place! Too bad they don't have another branch yet! No matter which server is taking my order, they are always super nice (very well-trained for a small noodle place). Although they allow each person to custom order their noodle ..... however, I really don't like the idea of how much paper they waste! Each person using 1 order form = how many pieces of papers used??? Really killing too many trees! They should think of a way to reduce this and save our plane

My favourite, as usual is:
招牌豬軟骨+蟹籽包 +薯粉 + 凍鴛鴦 = $36It's even cheaper during afternoon tea time, as you get a free drink with your noodle. Anyhow, their portion is just too big (especially if you order 薯粉) ....... it's very hard to finish! But their combination is just remarkable .... and you can select your own spiciness. So far, I cannot find a replacement for this noodle shop!
