Fair enough to say, this is low-key a REAL hidden gem in the Elite industrial building that serves genuinely authentic western cuisine. The interior setting is also formally arranged, wall-mounted photographs, indoor plants, square tables and chairs covered in white. Kindly excuse my sequence of review, the barramundi in lemon and butter foam was a real SHOWSTOPPER. It was really delicious, fish was fresh, crisped up on the skin, with highly tender flesh. Kindly excuse my sequence of review, the barramundi in lemon and butter foam was a real SHOWSTOPPER. It was really delicious, fish was fresh, crisped up on the skin, with highly tender flesh. The lemon butter sauce was simply a chef’s kiss- the dish is paired with fennel, red radish and leek, with potatoes on the side. Very well made and I like the combination a lot.
The bread was hot and fresh, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. You can help yourself with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, or butter. What’s better? Dip your bread in their signature house pumpkin cream soup, it’s sweet and smooth.
Extra charge applied for the smoked salmon platter. Pretty petite in size: a few slices of Norwegian smoked salmon, topped with sliced cucumbers, accompanied the red cabbage, capers and baby onion. A fancy addition to our lunch.
Mussels linguine in pesto sauce was medium spicy. It’s surprising to have pasta dish in such a spicy level while being delectable. The pesto is specially made with coriander instead of basil, together cooked with chilli, garlic, onions, bell peppers, and mussels from New Zealand.
Drinks of your choice: coffee and milk tea. Very satisfied lunch time indeed. The manager told us the menu would usually be changed monthly, so stay tuned for more specialties.
