To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

As a pasta lover, I have been returning for their pastas ever since My first visit months ago. Its a cozy family-running cafe residing at a corner on the ground floor of a local shopping mall. Although there are not much variety on the menu, each pastas I have tried didn’t let me down. Pasta is generously portioned, affordably priced, and the quality and taste of dishes just exceeds my expectations considered the amount of money that you paying for!! Would definitely recommend their carbonara ( both original flavour and tomato cream sauce) that is finished with an onsen egg , spaghetti with pan-fried duck breast in pesto sauce and spaghetti with clams if you are a first timer. You will be impressed trust me, I don’t give reviews on OpenRice but this low-key family-running cafe is all worth the highlight and recommendation.
