To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間又係我大學個個禮拜都食兩次嘅飯堂😌，佢係士美菲路街市入面嘅一間大排檔好多學生都會幫襯，因為佢平平哋就有好大碗麵炒飯碟頭飯🤩🤩但係就比較麻甩嘅啲餐牌都有少少黐立立🙊但係啲嘢食就幾唔錯 ·🍲沙爹豬扒濕炒河粉 $44呢個係一個hidden item😎，其實呢間餐廳炒粉麵飯嘅配料係可以自己揀嘅，譬如今次我就將肉片轉咗豬扒， 碟河粉一上到枱熱辣辣出曬煙🤤， 一睇就知係即叫即炒， 44蚊有3大塊豬扒同超多芽菜， 雖然唔係新鮮炸起但係啲豬扒食落都好鬆軟😙😙，河粉撈埋啲沙嗲汁同芽菜都好惹味同好有口感·📍西環堅尼地城士美非路12K號士美非路市政大廈2樓熟食中心
