Hanging around Kwun Tong, we found a lot of the restaurants are closed on Sundays. While we were about to consider other places nearby, we passed by BriKetenia and discovered this Michelin restaurant offering fine dining at a very reasonable price. We ordered 2 of their set dinner:BriKetenia for sure served one of the best bread in town- the bread was hot and perfectly toasted- crispy outside and soft inside. We ordered 2 of their set dinner:
BriKetenia for sure served one of the best bread in town- the bread was hot and perfectly toasted- crispy outside and soft inside. Not sure what the sauce was made of but it tasted so good. Both of us finished the whole basket within just a few minutes.

Appetizer:
Large Bourgogne Snails with Mashed Potatoes
Unlike the traditional French escargot which is very buttery, its light, nicely flavored with great chewiness to match with the mashed potatoes. Very refreshing to start off our meal

Main Course:
Braised Beef Cheeks Tagliatelle ($188)
The beef cheeks were really soft and tender- it almost could melt in your mouth. But the tagliatelle was a bit disappointing- there wasnt enough sauce and was quite dry.

Grilled Prawn Risotto with Wild Mushroom and Parmesan Cheese ($198)
The risotto was creamy and nicely cooked, heavenly paired with the mushrooms and parmesan cheese. The grilled prawn was smooth and bouncy in texture.

Even though my friend and I were already very full after having 2 courses, we still ordered their dessert as we believed it must be also good given their food quality.
Dessert of the day: Mango Passion Fruit Cake (Set Dinner +$50)
We picked a more fruity dessert- the sourness and sweetness of mango and passion fruit perfectly marked the end of our dinner course

Petit Four
Not expecting they offered tiny cookies with the tea

A point worth mentioning is that their service was really good. After a long day of work, our phones were running out of battery. The staff there was nice enough to help us charge our phones!

Will definitely re-visit to try other dishes on the menu ;)
