My wife and I were doing some window shopping at Langham Place and soon it was already dinner time. Not wanting to walk off, we decided to have dinner at Langham Place as well. After some walking, we decided to have dinner at Made in HK Restaurant. It was actually part of Cafe Deco group and served a wide range of dishes such as appetizers, main course, desserts and drinks etc.
Strawberry passion fruit soda - It was sweet and refreshing, with strong strawberry syrup taste.
Snack platter - It consisted of calamari, chicken wings, fries, sausages and garlic beef cubes. It was served in a large basket and with huge portion. Beef cubes were very tender and chewy and calamari was chewy, fries was fried till soft and crispy, chicken wings were chewy and smooth and sausages were soft and smooth too.
Baked paper wrapped garlic white wine clam spaghetti with herb - It was presented nicely, with the pasta wrapped in aluminium paper and baked with it. Pasta was fragrant and delicious, with strong white wine taste and clams were juicy and chewy.
Molten ovaltine french toast - It was fried till very crispy and was thick in texture. It was spread with alot of ovaltine topping and was sweet and creamy, making a good combination.
