Beef balls are not pre-steamed and still pink and soft. Xiao long bao is wrapped with very thin dough with a lot of soup inside. Yummy. Overall food is pretty good, all served hot and fresh. Only thing we were not happy was that staff seemed to be impatient to serve as we arrived around 3pm (L.O. is 3:30pm).
