I stopped by a bakery called Artemis by Deesses Bakery to pick up some treats. This bakery is known for its wide array of filled croissants and creative flavours. I chose to try a few different types of croissants (e.g. original, pistachio and chocolate…). The original croissant had a perfect flaky exterior and was light and buttery on the inside as a croissant should be. For the filled varieties, each one was carefully crafted with a delicious filling wrapped inside the signature crescent shape

I chose to try a few different types of croissants (e.g. original, pistachio and chocolate…). The original croissant had a perfect flaky exterior and was light and buttery on the inside as a croissant should be. For the filled varieties, each one was carefully crafted with a delicious filling wrapped inside the signature crescent shape. My personal favourite was the chocolate croissant had a rich ganache center that was the perfect balance of sweet and indulgent.

In addition to the croissants, I picked up a green tea scone. It had a subtle tea aroma and the flavor infused nicely throughout without being too strong. The scone had a light texture that was enjoyable on its own or with jam.

Artemis by Deesses Bakery creates beautiful and unique baked goods. It's clear they take pride in their craft with creative flavors and quality ingredients. I will definitely be back to try more of their special filled pastries and scones. Whether you're grabbing a snack or looking for a tempting treat, this is a bakery worth visiting.
