The Clear Soup Soy Ramen had a visually appealing presentation and impeccable taste. The noodles were satisfyingly firm, and the broth allowed the soy sauce flavors to shine through. The char siu was tender and full of flavor.
The Rich and Flavorful Ramen lived up to its name, although I found it slightly heavy. The bamboo shoots, egg, and char siu were equally enjoyable.
The highlight of both bowls was the soft-boiled egg. The yolk was delightfully runny, and the soy sauce seasoning complemented it perfectly.
I was delighted to find such high-quality Japanese ramen in Hong Kong. The flavors were authentic, and the attention to detail was evident.
