This pan-seared Hokkaido scallop with caviar and redcurrant jelly was exquisite. The scallop was supposed to be raw but the seared surface make a stark contrast with inner tenderness.

Another start that came as a surprise was the pan-seared foie gras with caviar and crab meat quinoa salad. The foie gras is a best match with the slice of bread. It was not too oily and the savoury of fat lingered my mouth. I was impressed by the crab meat quinoa salad. The crab meat was fresh enough. Every bite is full of the taste of crab mixed with the well-seasoned quinoa salad.

For main, I ordered the striploin with red wine gravy. The texture of the steak was just right and the red wine sauce heightened the flavours. The potato is just another surprise with it crispy surface and creamy flavour.

The roasted lamb rack is the dish that should not be missed by lamb lovers. Well cooked and well seasoned, definitely worth its price.
