It is very rare to find hunan restaurants in Hong Kong especially with authentic ingredients and taste. I miss Hunan food a lot as I used to have business trips to Hunan. I’m really glad to find this small noodle shop in Prince Edward. I tried two of the signature fish noodles. When I saw the Hunan white chilly, I knew it’d have the authentic taste. The soup, fish are really fresh and tasty. The noodle is different from the typical Hong Kong rice noodles, more silky, a better combination with the fish soup.
The small side dish, dry radish with fried pork is a good combination with the soup noodle.
I’ll be back often.
