Few years ago I ate once in this brand resturant at the Festival Walk. I was surprised by their service as their waiter couldn't wait for few seconds when taking my order and even use very impolite words to me. I made a complaint to their office and they didn't take it seriously. After that, I didn't visit their resturants anymore. Last week, although unwillingly, I went to their resturant at Kwai Fong for the first time after the unpleasant experience few years ago, as it was my relatives who would like to go. The resturant was quite empty inside with many empty tables. This time their manager was very rude even when I was only waiting to enter the resturant. It was the worst experience you could imagine a resturant can offer. As this happened not in only one resturant under this brand, I am sure there is some serioius staff training or management problem. I simply advise you not to try this brand anymore.
