I'v been here twice.surprised they have changed their menu.more choices available. Food is good for value. you can tell that their chef has paid lots of effort on designing and cooking the food.In the other words, It takes a while for them to prepare your food too.Do make sure you have enough time to enjoy your meal here, otherwise, save it for some other time. People came here for their fresh seafood, esp oysters. However,I ain't a big fan of "cold dish" person.I still haven't tried their seafood

However,I ain't a big fan of "cold dish" person.I still haven't tried their seafood platter yet. From my observation, their seafood platter sets are very generous at good deal.Their staff is very patient to give you advices on picking your oysters too. Meanwhile,They have wide selections of other food. My bf is a steak-lover. He used to a big fan of Outback. After trying the grilled ribeye,he said this is his new favourite restaurant. Also, don't miss their dessert.this is the only western restaurant serving "right" creme brulee in HK.

concluson:Hotel quality of food at reasonable price, friendly service
Tips: grab a coupon from the lobby for free glass of wine or homemade dessert
